Heritage/restored copies etc.

I see the restored Superman 1 is up over $47000 bid on E-Bay. Consideing that the book went for 18000 a couple of months ago I was wondering if any bidder was real?

In addition I see a Superman 1 VF- for sale in the Nov Wizard auction and another copy in the smaller auction. I saw a number of these copies sold the past few months on Heritage auctions? Does this book ever really sell or are the reserves never met? I guess the third alternative is that more are being printed daily.

How much does Heritage charge the seller if the reserve is not reached? Thanks
