Wow you guys are tough..i was thinking this was at least an 8.5. :sorry:

Why does everybody think 7.5-8.0?

 

i can't answer for others, but since i'm in the 7.5 camp i'll tell you what i thought; FC looks about 8.5 to me, with nice edges all around, a soft corner or two and some minor spine nicks. BC spine has that one discoloration mark which looks like rust transfer from either the inside staple or perhaps from another book. but the biggie for me is the BC spine had numerous NCB creases which do affect the CGC grade................... :sorry:

 

Still it's a SA X-men that presents quite well............... (thumbs u
