Am I missing something? Why is this book a good deal. The seller describes it as a 3.5. The GPA shows this books a $300 book slabbed as a 3.5. A 4.0 is only around $400. A 3.0 did just sell for $325, and was the highest price ever for that grade.

 

Looks like if you were patient, you could get this book already slabbed for about the same price (maybe even less) as buying and slabbing this one. You also gamble on the grade buying with a front cover only, very small scan.

 

It doesn't seem like this is a great deal. It seems like an okay price if you are a FF collector who is tired of waiting for a slabbed issue to come up for sale.
