How does that work, will you break it out of the holder infront of a witness and then have it inked and then regraded? Please explain how all that works for us newbies.

cgc or a witness will have to crack it open, and take care of everything.

Will it then be regraded or will the same grade be used and the same holder used? Is this something they are use to doing? If I had an 9.8 comic and wanted it signed is all I would need is the witness or CGC employee?
