Love the cover on this one!! Nice!!!

 

I also like especially how the Capitol was rendered on the cover of #4!! Great stuff!!!

 

I don't have any copies, I might pick up a copy of two!!!

So All Star 9 (top) is Burley, but 13 (bottom) doesn't look like Burley!!! Who is it Jon???

 

By the way that Burley art is magnificent!!!

Issue 23 was my first All Star but it is long gone. I did find an issue 32 at the flea market.
