8.0ish?! Are you on crack, man?! This won't grade higher than 5.0. Rare, nevertheless.

Yeah, nowhere near an 8.0. My first thought was 5.0

I'm gonna go a 5.5, but probably that's an outside chance. I think 5.0 if you were being realistic about a return grade from CGC.

Personally the book holds well, and could be suffering from a very detailed scan emphasising negatives over the positives here.
