With that LRFC and a somewhat rough spine, I can't go higher than 3.5.....

Probably a 4.5 with those chips missing at the top and bottom rh corners. Could go 5.0 if the book was a stunner in person.

Not to my knowledge...pretty 100% sure it's just part of the miswrap.

I agree with the 4.0 - and your probably right about CGC - but I was just looking at a scan of an Atlas book with a chip nearly that size on the bottom, some spine ticks, a 6" cbc along the spine edge, obvious corner wear, a small tear, a small color chip, and both front and back cover production creases all visible - and the book has a old style CGC 5.0 blue label.
