Double Talk - Info Needed

I just procured the original cover art for Double Talk. Can anyone shed some light on this cover? The only thing I know is the book was published by Feature Comics in 1962? and distributed by the Christian Anti-Communist Crusade. At one time, it may have been in the possession of the National Cartoon Museum since some of the inside pages bear the stamp "property of Museum of Cartoon Art, 384 Field Point Road, Grenwhich, CT, 06830," but there is nothing on the cover. Any idea who the artist might be? Any iinformation provided will be greatly appreciated.
