It's Saturday. Every Saturday, Alton picks a different city and goes door-to-door asking if they happen to have an Action 42, 45, or 47. He doesn't get many books that way, but occasionally an old lady offers him milk & cookies and asks him to weed her back yard.

Cover is still attached but there are a couple of staple tears on the back cover and the cover could detach with mishandling....
