If the last two sales were $900 and $950, and the $950 sale was over 12 months ago, how does the 12 month average work out to $720?

 

Is this "middle of the night" math?

 

Or "one too many tequilas" math?

Next time I see a Giant Size X-Men 9.0 for sale, I'm going to try this new math.

 

"Listen - the last two sales listed on GPA were $950 and $900, so that averages out to $720. I'm willing to bump it up to $750 to account for inflation. Deal?"

But the last two sales were at $900 (02/08) and $950 (04/08)...90 day average is $950 and the 12 month average is $720 (24 recorded sales).

Only thing I got wrong was the date of the $900 sale so greggy could shine again.
