Last two sales of a 9.0 were at $900 (recently) and $950 (over 12 months ago) and the 12 month average is at about $720.

If the last two sales were $900 and $950, and the $950 sale was over 12 months ago, how does the 12 month average work out to $720?

 

Is this "middle of the night" math? :insane:

 

Or "one too many tequilas" math?
