Wow, I have to re-think my grading. I still can't believe that got a 4.5 with the cover being so dirty and the rusted staples. Is that the famous "Golden Age Bump" at work?

 

Still think it's a great book but man, I am thinking 2.0.

Brent sold an AF #15 CGC 7.0 or a 7.5 last year if I remember correctly but I beat that by a bit when I sold an FF #1 CGC 8.0 a few months ago.
