I shall enjoy reading #2-50 starting sometime early next week :)

I begun reading WD monthly at #32, and that time i read 1 to 32 in two days, your next days will be really :cloud9:

Yup, I read the first ten trades over the course of a month and then bought 61-65 out of the back issue bin and 66 off the rack. I am now eagerly awaiting 68 and find myself cussing Kirkman because he already has several hundred issues planned out and is only peeling off one per month. This book could go to twice monthly easily.

"issues planned out" and "issues written, sittting around" are two very different things. plus, two issues a month woud kill the suspense and anticipation.

No i don't think so, it was a real pleasure, i kept a really great souvenir

and that's all that matters. great souvenirs are an absolute must when you have a real pleasure like you did. not sure what that had to do with my post though.

i wasn't agree with that :

"two issues a month woud kill the suspense and anticipation"

sorry sometimes my translation is not as good as i was thinking :hi:

lol I guess I should have kept reading! doh!

Justin, don't be picking on Deve! lol

He's from France, so I'm sure something was lost in translation :)

Nice books! I wish I would've waited to get a SS copy of 61 but I was too anxious and had to have one. I don't have a SS #9 either, that cover is so cool too. Love it.

Speaking of SS WDs.... What is the lowest price anyone has paid for a cgc'd SS WD? Any issue, any grade, I'm just curious b/c I won a few copies on ebay last week for what I thought was a steal. Just for fun, I want to know if anyone can beat my deal.

Here's what I got:

WD #35 cgc'd 9.6 SS by Kirkman - $15.50

WD #36 9.4 SS by Kirkman - $22.49

WD #52 9.6 SS by Kirkman - $12.50

WD #54 9.6 SS by Kirkman - $12.50

$12.50 on those two! I know they're not 9.8s but I don't mind, my collection has a good amount of 9.6s and a couple of 9.4s too. I don't know what everyone else will think, but I was very happy with what I paid for those :)

We need to all send super lowball offers

done & done, but alas it's no fun, for in dollar amounts i bid the beginning sum of one; but my one dollar sum, that began as a thought in a post from a chum, was instantly declined without being read by this bum.

You guys are too funny.

This does make me want a 9.9 though - not of a WD #1 but something I might actually be able to afford. I don't have any 9.9s at all, I wish I had just one. I got my husband his first 9.9 for Christmas, and now I'm jealous that he has one and I don't. If anyone has an extra WD 9.9 just gathering dust somewhere, maybe one of the later issues that don't cost as much, PM me :)

Well done Chuck! I had him sign my raw 3-6 but didn't bother submitting. Still love em though!

thanks bro, that's really the book I wanted in 9.8! I've wanted a raw one for a while now but never see them for sale. Now I have one signed by the creator... :whee:

Any recent 9.9's/10.0's of the Walking Dead are to be immediately offered to me :sumo:
