The latest batch of HI covers are currently ending if anyone's interested. The Jusko ended at over 3k.

Not sure on that. The WD has issue 100 Hero Initiative that artist created their own OA on to issue 100 blanks. They are being auctioned off on eBay for Charity.

Called CGC today to follow up on my Hero book since Gale is already peddling his, and my CPW3 book pulled a 9.8!! Its planned to be delivered on Thursday. I'm happy at both the grade and book.

So this guy is in my store an hour ago selling me some Magic cards and he looks up on the wall and sees some Walking Dead comics. He says "I had no idea those were worth that"...He said he bought the first 20 issues when they came out.and tells me about the #1 that he threw away 2 weeks ago because it had been sitting in his car for months. Says he thought he might still have one of the issues in his car. So he brings this back in....

 

possibly the worst copy out there. The pages are stuck together and it's stiff as a board. What a shame! He left and said he was going to look for the other 19 at home!

 

I will legit pitch in to have this slabbed. Send me a Paypal address because I want to be a part of this.

It would likely be the first modern without white pages and/or first WD #1 purple. I wonder how much it would cost to restore it as much as one could and what that grade would be?

I got a #19 that looked just as bad for free from someone. I threw it up on eBay raw and still got almost $40 for it a while ago. :)
