Does anyone have the same problem I do when you scan a cgc case? Never comes out clear for me. Is it better to just take a picture with camera. Or should I be messing with the setting on the scanner? What do you guys do?

I picked up an HP 8300 Legal scanner off eBay.

Works wonders. Check out some of the images in my registry set. No photoshopping done. Only cropping out some of the excess scan.

 

Ryan's got the 8250 I believe and his scans are great too.

 

There's a legal size scanner thread over in CG worth checking out.

It's a legal size scanner so I think the bed is only 8.5" x 14". Not 100% sure if its bigger than that though.
