I posted up here as soon as Mark had them for sale. You just have to know when the book comes out, that Mark will most likely start posting the pages up for sale. But you know what, I will try and remember to PM you as soon as I know. But you have to look at you messages.

Anyways, I'm going through the pages again right now and there are still some awesome pages left.
