In preparation for next weekend's Toronto Comicon, Ebay.ca and Paradise Comics are proud to have a limited number of Toronto Comicon Charity Auctions starting this afternoon and running thru to November 6 (the day before the show).

 

All fees for these auctions have been waived by e-bay, so all funds collected will go to the participating charities: ACTOR, the Kid's Help Phone and the North York Harvest Food Bank.

Hey Alex,

 

Nope, these are items for the online lead-in to the show. If all goes well we will have more items available online today.

 

There will be a big charity auction at the show, and we will have a list of items available if people want to make proxy bids who won't be able to attend the actual show.

 

Unfortunately many of the art items won't be available for scanning until the artists and dealers start arriving in Toronto for the Comicon on Thursday and Friday, but Peter will be picking up some of the CGC Forum donations in Vegas and we have received some additional items by mail.

 

I'll keep you updated!

BTW that LOEG Hardcover description has a couple of errors 1. Ben is the colorist not the inker. 2. The signatures are on the title page, not the inside front cover. Incidentally, that piece of cloth that obscures the VOL. 1 is the bound in cloth bookmark. It was scanned in a bag, which is why it looks like there is some dirt on the upper part of the cover.
