For those that do not know, Russo is the one that co-created, co-wrote and co-directed the original Night of the Living Dead with Romero and years later after a "disagreement" with Romero went on to write and direct the Return of the Living Dead series of movies.

 

Russo is also the author of this title as George's involvement is in "name" only.

 

Also, what's a better zombie image than a fetus attached by umbilical cord to the mother zombie!
