Most IDW books tend to be pretty easy to get in Uber HG due to the tough cover stock it's printed on

I was thinking about that last Wednesday when I picked up Dead She Said #1.

heh - I buy a lot of comics, just not cgc'd... until a few days ago. I should be able to buy the odd cgc comic without cutting into the art fund :devil:

I finally read 1 thru 4. Can't wait till next week when #5 comes out. It's the kind of story that grows on you. ^^

 

I've been reading Hill's book of short stories, "20th Century Ghosts," and he has a way of drawing the reader in very subtly. It's unusual and I really like that he can do it!

I finally got to read 1-4 recently.

 

While #1 had the very traumatic event, the story didn't really draw me in until issues 2 & 3. Now I am hooked! The way Hill has written the woman in the well and the scarred young man do remind me of King characters quite a bit.

 

Good stuff!!!!

Picked up a copy of L&K #1 1st print from a US seller that's opened a UK store, after reading the 'what's hot' thread.

 

Dying to read it but the book is in absolutely lovely condition thou, easy 9.6 maybe 9.8, read or grade? :frustrated:

Read it ! There are tons of 9.8's and a good amount of 9.9 and some 10.0's
