is this a first print? I found it while going through my boxes forgot I even had one most likely had it since I was a kid ...

 

 

I am thinking 9 .something white pages... would it be worth the costs of getting graded?.. What would I be able to flip a 9. range book for lets say in the lower end 9.-5 ish?..

9.4 ( I don't like going much higher than that here as when you get to those top grades even the smallest blemish can bring it down.) That is a very nice book. I wish the books I have from when I was a kid were as nice.

Looks NM/NM+ if there are no surface dents. Nice book.

To answer your first question - Yes it is a 1st print. They didn't have a 2nd printing of that book. One of my favorite covers!
