It's got a girl in a bottle getting fired out of a cannon. Doesn't get much better than that. (shrug)

I am positive if I was a kid when this came out, it would have been utterly impossible to not buy this book. God, what a cool cover.

BTW Is the "L" in the upper corner any pedigree marking?

dont larson copies have an L like that on the covers?

Yes, but it's followed by an "arson" or "amont" or both...

That's what I thought, but aren't there some GA books floating around with an L like this one?

Andy, quick, use your MBA marketing training and do the right thing - crack the slab, fill in "arson" or "amont" after the L, and sell the book as a Pedigree along with a few derivatives as insurance policies on it to some unsuspecting pension plans. lol

There are a lot of GA books with that sort of "L" on the cover, but to the best of my knowledge none are from any widely recognized pedigree collections.

like the common "P", "L" was a widely used distributor marking

It's probably a distribution code, like the "P" you see occasionally on GA books. Deterministic of nothing vis a vis peds, unfortunately

Good thing that history does not repeat itself, or you might think we were back in the late 70s again. lol
