well according to the cgc cenus.. there is only 135 copies of this book in 9.8! so its a RARE FIND!!!

Yeah. I seen it go for around $120 - 150max a few times... but someone is bidding on this issue as if it's now on the same level as NM 87 (which goes for around 320 from what I seen)..
