Just in case anyone's looking, he doesn't have this book. I do. In my collection at home 300 miles away. I have not admired it for a week and a half now but I'm confident it's still in the BCW hard case marked A-2, tucked between my other Baker and a Vault of Horror 17. It's not even in it's slab anymore. All the books from this seller are sus. I reported it too. Let's see if that helps. grendelbo and Mavrick76 1

I wonder if they took the sale from April (source gocollect) and then added the background ? or if they found an even older pic?

He was really Arnold's go-to guy for a period here in digest illustration and interior art in the sweats. I think he was excited to be working in a new medium in the sweat splash pages, as many of the pieces show a lot of attention to detail (which isn't necessarily true of the digest illos). Bigger pic, maybe: I'm 95% sure that is Baker and 100% sure this other piece in the issue is: grendelbo, pmpknface and Yorick

Yeah it is frustrating that the book is still up despite me reporting it at least a half dozen times and I know some of y'all did too. The April purchase was mine but they aren't the same pics. They aren't even the pics I took for posting the acquisition on this thread. I messaged Quality Comix the other day to let them know that the book they sold me is now back up for sale fraudulently. They too said they would report the item. It's sad that eBay has taken no action on it. My last reporting I told them that I'd take a picture of the book next to my tablet with the listing pulled up on the screen. I told them too to check my purchase history. I've never been scammed by eBay but I am holding back on any purchases for a while. Darwination

Very nice, but to me the men do not look like Baker's men. The girl is pretty, but not a typical Baker girl. Could be a Baker layout finished and inked by someone else. Darwination
Yeah, it's funky, some of the dudes in these splashes look very much like typical Baker men, but some not so much.
