What are your thoughts on the THUN'DA 7-pager, "The Monsters From the Mists!", about to be auctioned off by Russ Cochran?

 

Bidding starts at $100,000, and Russ reckons if it goes for less than $200,000 the buyer will get himself/herself a great deal.

If I was 20 years older I would have loved to have gone to those Lancaster, PA (my hometown) shows in the '70s and the '77 show! Thanks for another great post.

Yes, that THUNDA story is packed with interesting panels. It foreshadows many of the motifs Frank would use in later oils. It's fascinating to study.

 

As for market value, who knows? I think ALL the "good stuff" in our field is vastly undervalued. At this point, no price would surprise me. After seeing that Mel Ramos GREEN LANTERN going for 600K, I am without words.

 

I wish I had more money!!
