ASM 2 Restored copy for sale $225

22 posts in this topic

This is a good buy for someone who does not want to spend $1000 for an unrestored copy. Has color touch and tear seals on the front and back covers. Inside pages are pretty nice, and do not appear to have any tears or restoration.

If not satisfied, money will be refunded minus shipping costs

$225 includes Priority Mail shipping to the US

Book looks wavey (especially the first picture).

Did it suffer from water damage or bad humidity damage?

Or is it just a krappy pic? lol:baiting:

Looks like a pretty nice key comic Aces.

I checked GPA and was shocked to see a blue label 1.0 go for $199 (plus probably $10 for shipping).

Lets see...

Blue 1.0 pos or this one for $15 more.

:screwy:

Normally I stay away from restro but at that price... doh!

dang. Stupid nap. :sorry:

Nice pickup Aces!

Aces!

The man who never rests!

You could probably just press those waves out, slab it, buy an unrestored copy in low grade, and have enough for beer! :headbang:

What I don't understand is, if someone went to the trouble to restore it by adding tear seals and color touch (and what looks like an aqueous cover wash) . . . then why didn't they bother erasing Andy Peterson's name on the splash page??? hm
