But, someone mentioned in the other thread that something was in progress, so I didn't bother. And, I was very busy at work the past month (I didn't even post here last week).

Yup, we've got a comic original art dinner going strong! I organized one at this place last time I was in SD in 2006. Great food, all-you-can-eat, including a full salad and seafood appetizer and fruit/dessert bar, and soft drinks.

 

We've got 40 people signed up already and can accommodate about 50. Let me know if interested.

Well, that is quite sad. That's great for the OA folks, but it is pretty pathetic of CGC not to have someone organize a dinner at the largest Con during the year.
