Password Issues

I no longer have access to the census now that we have to sign in. My forum password doesn't work and a phone call into (very easily accessible) customer service didn't help as they haven't been trained for any of the changes.

 

I was advised to re-join. BTW, my membership expired this past year so my long forgotten member ship number wouldn't work anyway.

 

So to rejoin would requires I get a user id. Of course the one I use "ft88" is already in use. Sigh. And I have no idea if the census is even part of the free service or an at cost service.

 

I love these added services. Kind of like when the credit card company and lets you know that you are getting extra services and they are only charging you $59 per year for the privilege of using their card.

 

Anyway, can I get a census request on Richie Rich #100 unrestored only? I believe this link works for those who have membership. Thank you.
