Ship Status Question

2 posts in this topic

On the Services and Fees webpage, what does it mean when there is a date on the shipping status rather than "on time"?

Does this mean that CGC is grading only books submitted up to that date at this time (because they are behind because of volume, labor, or other reasons) or is this the last time they shipped out books?

Thanks a ton.

The "Ship Status" column on the CGC Services and Fees webpage is used to indicate that we are shipping comics from that tier of service that were received at our facility on the date indicated. This is so you can use this date to estimate how close we may be to shipping out your submission, based upon the receiving date. Please note that we do not always get through an entire day's submissions in a day of grading, so any date given is approximate and is not to mean that all of the books received on that date have been shipped at this point. If you have a question about the status of a specific invoice it is best to call Customer Service with the invoice number handy.
