Don't know if anyone has seen this or not, and it is way outta my league, but it looks pretty nice.

Anyone who is interested in this, I could call the seller and see if I could look it over for you since the scan isn't that great.

This book has almost no chance of getting anywhere near that price. Just a few months ago, a Hulk #1 in VF with only cover reinforcement and cleaned/pressed couldn't get $3K. Now you could have easily bought that book and paid another $200 for additional color touching and had a VF/NM.

 

Like you said, good luck to the seller.
