I have no idea how this only got a 9.2. Must have been something on the inside.

Nice book Alex! I soo remember this issue. There's a good chance something's wrong on the inside. In this issue there are a couple pull-out multiple page spreads which look spectacular, but I'd venture a guess that they're also prone to damage.

Leonard Starr is a Golden Age Artist He stopped working in about 1985. He worked on Little orphan annie, Morbius, and many things for DC including superman 400 and Who's Who. New York Comic-con was the first comic convention Mr. Starr had appeared at in 25 years. The Last Convention he appeared at before that was San Diego Comic con in 1983. In Both Cases he was a special guest.
