I agree it looks like an 8.5. It could probably get a 9.0 if you're lucky.

 

I don't know much about the Marin County Collection, other than seeing a few books pop up on eBay some time ago .

What was the grade on it from the dealer?

Dealer had it graded at NM-. I think it is somewhere between VF to VF+...but I got a good price on it. Here is another one I picked up from Marin County collection..any thoughts on this one?

CBC on BRFC probably brings it down to a 6.5 to 7.0 IMO
