My longtime comic buddy, Jim Chambers, has long talked about doing a "Comics & Cocktails" night at my place.

 

He's coming in from NYC, I'm going to say all you brothers that have some sweet books you want to show off, bring 'em along and we can glare at 'em in the basement bar like last year after the chow.

Just got off the phone with the meat market AND the brew pub.

Reservations are in for our pig and our beer.

 

Looking at two 1/4 kegs each again of DogFish Head 90 Min. IPA and Indian Pale

 

Wilbur will be crispy and ready to eat around 5:30 PM, 6 PM I would recommend as the latest but he WILL keep warm, so no worries. I'm just saying get your food and drink on early!

I like these dinners. But I hate paying for liquor. The wife and I dont drink. Kinda sucks, the pig roast sounds great !

I do have a chevy tahoe with the 3rd row of seats. But the back seat has my speaker box sitting on it... If I do go, I can probably bring 2 more people max. Im going to see what I can swing this weekend. Would like to go . Eating dead animals and watching you guys get drunk in person (instead of friday night sales threads) has some appeal.
