Marvel Comics #1 october printing on ebay. scam?

I searched and didn't see this posted anywhere so if it's been mentioned before I appologize. This Marvel Comics #1 on ebay says

 

"There is NO Color Touch, NO Trimming, NO Pieces Added, NO Pressing, No Tape & No Glue to This Copy".

 

Then why was it in a purple CGC label and clearly has had a lot of restoration done to it simply because the reso line on the label is very long? Any chance of this being genuine?

"Restoration includes, as Noted on the CGC Label: spine splits sealed, cleaned, reinforced, staples replaced, from a bound volume".

 

Oh and the pages aren't brittle, no they are not! Honest.

There is a thread from last year when the last tried to sell this issue. Personally if I had the scratch handy I'd buy this book (not at the asking price).
