I don't know much about prices or what exactly I am looking for, but I was looking through a book of his and was outright moved by many of his political/editorial pieces. I know I probably cannot afford it but if anyone has any leads (besides the Donnelys) it would be appreciated.

Try emailing Nadia Manarino of All Star Auctions in NJ(?). They hold 1 big online auction during the summer and display some of the lots at their SDCC booth.

A Winsor McCay piece is on my things-I-want-before-I'm-out list. Check out the Early Works series from Checker, up to volume 9, which is packed with editorial works. All issues are in print and can be ordered through your local shop. Checker has also released two volumes which form the complete Little Nemo.
