It looks like pics of a real batman 1, but as ArAich said it appears to be restored. There looks like a lot of inpainting around Batman and Robin's legs and up the spine - you can see the brush strokes. I'm thinking the cover might have had an aqueous cleaning as looks like it has shrunk a bit (though I suppose that could also be from trimming. )
