Anyone have an idea if when either or both of these 2 will be signing?

Jim Balent is at San Diego every year.

If you mean J.M. Linsner (not Lisner), he's at Dragon Con in Atlanta every year. He always has his own booth for sigs as well as special roles in other parts of the convention (like judging the Dawn look-a-like contest).

JML will be at FX International 09. I will be taking submissions but that is 6+ months away.

Linsner's next convention is the 2009 New York Comic Con (Feb 6-8) and you can always keep track of his convention schedule at his website:

So far, for 2009, he's agreed to the NYCC, Emerald City con in April, FX Convention in FL in April, and Dragon-Con in September.

 

I know Jim Balent always does the San Diego Con, but I am not sure where else he is signing.
