Spidey #10 goes for over $1500

I was looking at this auction with about 3 hours to go.....and the bid was around $350.....and I was thinking....hmmmm?? should I bid on that? .....wonder how high it will go? Little did I suspect.......

The only reason I am listing at NM- instead of NM or NM+ even, is the position of the staples.Please note the scan of the back cover and see that the staples are about 1/4" in from the spine. They are not on the spine

 

In other words, if we take the description at face value, it is a potential CGC 9.6 $$$

 

The staples aren't even unusually far off.

He's legit in that he has the books but he's off on his grading by a couple of points based on the few books I bought from him.
