I'll be heading back again. This will be my sixth year in a row. Every year, the trip gets longer and longer. I plan to spend 11 days out there next year. San Diego is such a nice place to visit.

Booked the hotel about six weeks ago. Price recently jumped $80/night. Book early!

Anyone talked to Borock, about the possibility of having the comic room at a differant location?

Yes. I don't know anything definite but I have heard things about a hotel whos name I can't remember being brought as a possible location.

 

What do you guys mean? Are you talking about moving all of the comics dealers out of the convention center?

Has anybody stayed at the i think its "500 W hotel" --- I know it set up like a hostel with shared bathrooms but -- it is cheap and free wi-fi ? After all i just need a place to sleep the booze off ........

I looked into the 500 West Hotel this year but decided AIR CONDITIONING was too important for me. It's a basic amenity that is missing and why their rates are so cheap.
