How do you rate any stars under your avatar?

I was just wondering since I'm still new here. I've seen guys post even 3 times and have rated stars. I've rated stars in my post but none under my picture , again how do you earn them ? Thanks.

 

I agree. It's a miracle that I have rated any stars at all. The only way I have my precious two is that I tend to lure people in with candy and pornography before I begin hammering away at their intellectual testicles like they were an Everlast speed bag.

Candy porn is delicious, to be sure... but certainly nothing holds a candle to the beautimous bounty of a kettleful of candy corn. The tri-colored confectionary comestible is a convival canape for the senses!! Or... sense... I guess candy porn is the more polysensorial of the two.
