Magazine Grading Question

I've got a stack of Heavy Metal magazines that I'm thinking about selling. However, most of the subscription cards and advertising inserts have been removed, leaving only the perforated stub behind. Hopefully that's a clear description, otherwise I can take a photo of what I'm talking about...

 

Does removal of these advertisements have any effect on the grade?

Yes. Because they would obviously be less complete than one containing the cards. I don't think it should count as much as if it had a page missing, but definitely be considered in the grade.
