To bad the BC has that RC NCB Crease... FC LRC has that indentation mark on it as well.

Combine that all up with the other little issues and I come up with a 5.0. Possibly a very outside chance at 5.5 But no higher IMHO. Nice book BTW..

Nice eye appeal, looks like the pages are also nice.

CGC will not like the color breaking crease in the upper right hand corner which looks over an inch long.

The crease on the bottom right looks like a bindery issue so that is not a problem.

There appears to be a spine scrape near the 10 cent . Hopefully the scrape does not show paper.

BC upper left corner chip and possibly a small spot of oil on the BC.

I would have to say 5.5 . Sorry, I know that's not what you wanted to hear.

Thanks for the great grading so far...I don't think I have gotten a book this nice raw as less than a fine. Understand you are saying CGC would go 5.0 - 5.5.
