How much would stacking impressions bring down the grade of a book?

I just purchased some Wolverine 3d comics (the claws and title are raised) and when they were stacked on top of each other during shipping to the comic stores, it created a slight impression on the backs of the comics. How much would this down grade the comic? Everything else is flawless on the comic (perfect binding, 4 sharp corners, etc).

Any help would be appreciated.

Minor impression dents would make it a 9.6. Its tough to identify what minor is as heavier impressions and dents will knock it down well below a 9.6.

It's very minor, where you can see when you hold the book at an angle and can feel when you run your fingers over it (it's three claws). I put them in mylites and will see if they can "rest" back to normal.
