Underrated characters of the Copper Age

I will start with Darkhawk.

Deathlok. I always liked the futuristic/apocalyptic setting and the play between his human and cybernetic sides. In the 90's they just made him into the Ugly Punisher and it was horrible.

Isn't Deathlock really Bronze? My vote is for Machete and Zaran, the Weapons Master(borderline Bronze/Copper?).

Yeah, I just mean how lame the 1990 series was, compared to how cool the character can be when done right.

Definitely, The New Warriors and X-Force. When I was younger, I seriously thought the characters on those teams would carry Marvel to the next generation.

 

Honourable mention would go to Psylocke, Omega Red and Terrax.

I seem to remember that Cyber had potential with his Adamantium skin.

I really liked Cloak and Dagger back in the day. I remember getting the Marvel Cloak and Dagger Poster for my birthday back then. My mom still has a picture of me holding the mini series in front of it. I haven't seen much done with them lately other than Cloak teleporting people around during Civil War.
