Ever seen this before? (Not Comic related)

I ordered a DVD from a UK site today, had to contact them as they notified me of a problem. This was the auto reply:

 

There are currently 404 emails in the queue in front of yours,

so our expected response time is approximately 20 hours, 45 minutes.

 

(If your email cannot be answered by our Care Team this may take longer!)

 

Now thats a queue! Almost as good as the PC company I phoned a few months back and they said I was 67th in the phone line!
