OT - how do you save a PDF file to JPG?

i just scanned some books and they were saved as adobe pdf files, when i right click and try to save images, i can't. does anybody have any ideas? i'm on a mac/apple computer and not a PC.

Try this.

This usually works for me: Open the PDF using Preview, then select "Save as ...". Should give you the option to save as a jpg or tif.

Also if you have photoshop just open the file up with photoshop and save the jpgs
