After taking about 6 months or so off... I'm getting back into searching for collections to buy.

 

I'm starting this thread to document my efforts and for anyone else who wants to discuss their hunting efforts.

Lets assume all in bags and in boards. Don't know total issue count... but after he told me what he eventually got for them, he told me what his per issue average worked out to be...based on that... roughly 2000 comics.

The bulk is nice modern, maybe $25 a long box at any show in the last hour. The trades, which are not even a short box, are solid at 1/4th cover, to be sold at 1/2 cover.

 

So I would pay $25 x 4 long boxes (my guess on how many longs are there + $75 for the trades equals $175. If it is all bagged/boarded and in order, up it to $200. But it would not be something I would spend more than a few minutes bargaining on. I am amazed you compiled a list, must have taken hours to type this up.
