That is a fantastic illustration of a muscular arm in that situation.

You can't know know much about illustration and anatomy rendering to make such a bold statement. Adams, though not my favorite artist by any means is spot on when it comes to capturing the human form in dynamic poses such as the one pictured above.... he's really good.
