I always love CGC keyword spamming that involves terms like "Looks NM"

I agree with Aces. Anybody who thinks this book "looks" NM is looking at the book through rose-colored glasses. It looks pretty solid though.

Looks like it was hung in the window of a comic shop for a few years...the colors are totally washed out... I'd give it a FN- 5.5 at best, in large part because it's lost so much color.

It doesn't appear they used a scanner. That's a digital camera shot. The rest of the background appears in normal contrast so I would say that washed out look is what you get with that book!

I find the price to be the funniest part for the book. Also love all that writting on the BC.

The interior of the comic looks NM. Looks unread but badly stored. The cover is Fine-.

Maybe the seller meant Near Minty ! After all, it's been kept stored away in a smoke free home, probably next to the box of Moth Balls !!.

I agree, especially if you compare the depth of the reds on the front to the much deeper reds on the back. Looks like this rascal was a wall book for some time.
