I've never noticed this cover before, although I own a copy, probably bought in the middle of a pile. Quite a shock after the Kane covers. Your copy looks OK to me.

Lots of Sparling art on DELL and GK's....I noticed he did the GL cover and thought...Geeeze..Why? He was also the interior artist for the Major Matt Mason coloring book from 1967.

I hated Little Lotta in every medium! Ha ha, she's fat. Great gag, eh? Especially not funny to a fat kid. And that's pretty much the only gag, except when she suddenly demonstrated super-strength out of the blue.
