Completely brilliant and blazing copy. That is just UN-REAL!

Usually, the more you examine a book scan the more defects you notice.

However, with this Batman #81 it just seems to look nicer and nicer.

I would expect it to be a contender for best copy. Looks like it ought to be a pedigree book, too. Maybe it is?

Great stories in these later pre-hero books. Interesting how many of the themes become more and more anti-communist as the heros emerge.
